Amenities: Laundry machines on every other floor, gym, lounge area with a pool table, 24-hour attendant

Parking: Uncovered about $80/month; covered about $90/month

Walk: Less than 15 minutes, door-to-door

DelCo has been a great place to live so far, and I’d definitely recommend it. Feel free to reach out with any questions! Pros: Very spacious apartments. Close to campus, and Whole Foods is right next door. Maintenance is quick to do repairs when needed. The gym recently got renovated (although to a small extent). Cons: Management can be slow to respond and doesn’t always follow through on their timelines.
